Return & Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
Free returns: Returns are free. Email help@hipacesports.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we send you a prepaid return label to download and print, along with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items: Contact us immediately. If the item is defective or damaged, we cover the return and make it right after review.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Request a return, then place a new order for the item you want.
Non-returnable: Gift cards.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may need extra time). If 15+ business days pass since approval, email help@hipacesports.com.
